2018.7-2021.8，中國科學院微电子研究所，高频高压中心助理研究員；
高性能數模混合集成電路：高速高精度數據轉換器（ADC/DAC）/高速直接數字頻率合成器（DDS）。
1、高技術項目“寬帶功率放大器芯片性能評價標准研究”，課題負責人；
