1999年12月至2002年9月：英國Plymouth大學、電子工程系作博士後，主要從事薄膜記錄磁頭的制備和具有高磁矩磁性材料的軟磁特性的研究。
2002年九月：中科院微電子研究所、矽器件與集成技術研究室。主要從事磁隨機存儲器驅動電路、平板顯示驅動電路半導體功率器件等方面的研究工作。
2002年-2006年，與物理所合作參與“973”項目“自旋電子材料、物理及器件研制”
2003年-今，與中山大學合作承擔了“973”項目“新型場發射平板顯示和微顯示的基礎研究”
2003年-今，与清华大学合作承担了“973”项目“高性能电子产品设计制造精微化、数字化新原理和新方法”以及本所支撑研发的“SOI RF LDMOS 功率器件及其集成技术的研究”等项目
